During the summer season, regular ferry connections operate from Volos, Mantoudi (Evia), and Skiathos. Visitors travelling from Athens or Thessaloniki can reach these ports by car, bus, or domestic flight via Skiathos before continuing by sea.

The nearest airport to Alonissos is Skiathos International Airport. From Skiathos, guests can continue their journey by ferry or speedboat to Alonissos, with regular connections during the summer season.
